We offer free returns for all full-price items within 14 days of shipping. Please that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
Please note that we reserve the right to not accept any item(s) if the return conditions are not met. If your return is not accepted, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping location.
Item(s) must be returned in its original condition, packaging and tags included.
Item(s) that are damaged, incomplete, worn or scratched not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
HOW TO REFUND
Please contact us via email at email@example.com directly regarding your return.
Our customer service team will email a commercial invoice to you.
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box along with the original receipt.
Attach the commercial invoice to the outside of the box and seal the parcel securely.
Our customer service team will also provide you with a tracking number and schedule a pick-up.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We regret to inform you that online orders cannot be exchange. Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days of shipping and make a new order. Once we receive your returned package, we will proceed with your refund according to your original method of payment within 2 - 5 working days. We will inform you once we received your return and processed your refund.
