All products will be packed and shipped from our Paragon boutique.

- Working days are Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays within Singapore and your chosen destination.
- All orders are shipped from Singapore.
- All deliveries are insured against theft and accidental damage. The insurance cover expires as soon as the goods are received by you and receipt is confirmed in writing.
- Orders cannot be shipping to P.O boxes.
OUR DELIVERY PARTNER
- Aramex is our delivery partner for all shipments domestic and international.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking details to monitor the progress of your order.
- All orders will require a signature on delivery.
- Please note that there will be a maximum of 2 delivery attempts for your parcel. If delivery fails, the parcel will be brought back to our warehouse until the next rescheduling has been made.
BILLING ADDRESS
- AIGNER will identify you as a client via the billing address. Therefore, it is important that you always provide us with your personal address.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
- You have the option to have the goods sent to a different address. In this case, please indicate the optional address in the corresponding field. This optional address will only be used for delivery and not for marketing purposes.
