Our online store and warehouse are still operating at this time, but please note that we might require longer delivery time due to unforeseen delays. Please contact customer service at customerservice@aigner.sg if you have any questions about your order.

  • Working days are Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays within Singapore and your chosen destination.
  • All orders are shipped from Singapore.
  • All deliveries are insured against theft and accidental damage. The insurance cover expires as soon as the goods are received by you and receipt is confirmed in writing.
  • Orders cannot be shipping to P.O boxes.

OUR DELIVERY PARTNER

  • Aramex is our delivery partner for all shipments domestic and international.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking details to monitor the progress of your order.
  • All orders will require a signature on delivery.
  • Please note that there will be a maximum of 2 delivery attempts for your parcel. If delivery fails, the parcel will be brought back to our warehouse until the next rescheduling has been made.


    BILLING ADDRESS

    • AIGNER will identify you as a client via the billing address. Therefore, it is important that you always provide us with your personal address. 


    DELIVERY ADDRESS

    • You have the option to have the goods sent to a different address. In this case, please indicate the optional address in the corresponding field. This optional address will only be used for delivery and not for marketing purposes.
