OUR RETURN POLICY
- We offer free returns for all full-price items within 14 days of shipping.
- Please note that items purchased with a discount code may be returned within 14 days of shipping.
- Any products marked as final sale are not eligible for a return.
- In view of the circumstances around COVID-19, our returns policy for orders placed after 7 April 2020 will be extended from 14 days to 30 days from delivery.
- Please note that we reserve the right to not accept any item(s) if the return conditions are not met. If your return is not accepted, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
- Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping location.
- Item(s) must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging including boxes, dustbags and tag.
- Item(s) that are damaged, incomplete, worn or scratched will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
HOW TO RETURN
- Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org directly regarding your return.
- Our customer service team will email a commercial invoice to you.
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box along with the original receipt.
- Attach the commercial invoice to the outside of the box and seal the parcel securely.
- Our customer service team will also provide you with a tracking number and schedule a pick-up.
- We regret to inform you that online orders cannot be exchange. Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days of shipping and make a new order. Once we receive your returned package, we will proceed with your refund according to your original method of payment within 2 - 5 working days. We will inform you once we received your return and processed your refund.
